Lou Masdureau's exhibition at the Grand Café in Saint-Nazaire was conceived and created specifically for the Loire-Atlantique Art Centre. The artist applies himself, in the various spaces and with a relentless method, to strip the building down to its most intimate corners. On the eve of a complete renovation of the rooms and offices, the Swiss artist invites us to walk through the floors and walls, thanks to his works, to better reveal the building's inner workings and weaknesses, its front and back.
