The André Malraux media library is located in the Juilliottes neighbourhood. Opened in 1976, it offers the following facilities across 2,610 m²:
- a children's section
- an adult section, each with multi-purpose spaces for events
- a music and cinema section
- a documentation and multimedia section.

Free of charge, it offers activities and resources for everyone in a welcoming environment.
