After the collective adventure of the Supports-Surfaces group at the turn of the 1960s-1970s, in which he actively participated, Daniel Dezeuze has traced his own path, devoting it entirely to the question of drawing. Approaching it from the narrowest yardstick of thought and the body, he has not ceased for some forty years to give the measure of all its states. Well beyond its original nature of line, starting from an inscription on the surface, Daniel Dezeuze has explored it in the third dimension. His work can thus be seen as an anthology bringing together a whole world of objects that demonstrate the infinite diversity of the possibilities of drawing.
