After a successful reopening in 2022, with two exhibitions and over 2,500 visitors (yes, you have to come!) in six months, the gallery relaunched its competition, the Challenge, in 2023 on the theme of "Nature at its Heart". More than 130 artists applied, and twelve were selected by the jury to exhibit their work, from Dominique Albertelli to Rina Maruyama, and from Sébastien Courtois to Isabelle Malmezat, while Florence Vasseur was awarded the Jury Prize of €5,000. Surrounding the buildings, both old and inhabited, are acres of unspoilt nature, and a number of permanent sculptures, including one by Rémi Trotereau.
