The exhibition

While the Nichido gallery in Paris celebrates its fiftieth anniversary this autumn, it has in fact inherited a history of artistic exchanges spanning almost a century, marked by the organization in 1933 of the first exhibition in Japan by Léonard Foujita, who had just returned from the French capital, and brought to life by an anniversary exhibition bringing together one of his works and those of four contemporary artists.
