Marie Sallantin reinterprets modern art on the occasion of "Terres Humaines" at La Galerie de Plouy-sur-Loire. In the 90's, she feeds on iconographies of Venus in order to reconcile in a gesture: tradition, narration and abstraction. In front of her works, Pascale Netoux instills in her ceramics a feeling of the intimate, of the moment. The viewer is invited to reappropriate these privileged moments. It is a sweet confrontation between painting and ceramics, the meeting of Venus and her shell, fragments of a contemporary Botticelli...
