The success of Drawing Now continues to be confirmed over the years and deepens its reputation as a leading fair in contemporary drawing, with a consistently high-quality selection which also extends internationally. The quality of this selection is due to a long-term committee composed of Joana P. R. Neves, artistic director, since 2018 and Philippe Piguet artistic director from 2010 to 2018. The variety of profiles of other members such as Anita Haldemann, deputy director and Head of the Department of Prints and Drawings at the Kunstmuseum Basel, demonstrates the seriousness and diversification brought to the choice of the selection. With 40% new galleries and half of the unsuccessful applications, Drawing Now once again highlights this year its success with professionals and the place that the fair occupies in the panorama of contemporary graphic production.
