Éva Jospin, Chambre d’écho
The exhibition
Invited to exhibit in Gustave Courbet's studio, built in 1860 and recently restored, Eva Jospin took up the challenge by proposing connections between her work on relief, architecture and landscapes and the works of the 19th-century painter, who lived in the Doubs region. It should be noted that these links with Courbet's world are not new. In 2018, she presented her own works at the Palazzo dei Diamanti in Ferrara, as a contemporary counterpoint to those of the artist.
